What's included in the base price?

Characters that are the focus of the comic page. Unique and distinguishable characters like an OC or characters from anime, games, etc...Can I add more main characters?
Yes, check the "add main character" fee for your tier of interest.Do I have to pay the "add main character" fee for every panel I want the character to appear in?
No, the "add main character" fee is valid for the whole page and all it's panels.
What is a "tertiary character"?
Characters that are not the focus of the page, usually random characters used just to fill a role, like pedestrians on a street or guys in a gangbang.Any other fees I should know about?
A complexity fee can be applied to all tiers but can't exceed the base price.What about text/dialogue?
The text (or at least a draft of it) must be supplied to me before I start so I can plan the spacing accordingly.What about the turnaround time?
From 2 to 3 weeks.Can I commission a whole comic instead of just a page?

Payment must be upfront via PayPal invoice.

You send me your idea with all the relevant info and references, like…
-Character reference (character must have an image reference)
-Pose reference and/or description
-Background reference and/or description
-Any other info you might consider relevant
I give you my thoughts and price, but I might also…
-Ask for more reference or info
-Refuse the commission
I send you an invoice and secure a slot for you, but…
-You have until the end of the day to pay or you lose your slot
Once I receive the payment, your slot is added to the queue.
Once your turn is up on the queue, I start the sketch phase of your commission
-I’ll send you WIPs to keep you updated and get your feedback
-This phase is your last chance to request major changes
You approve the sketch and I move to the next phase
-I’ll be sending you WIPs to keep you updated and to get your feedback
-You can request some minor changes along the way
I finish your commission and send it to you

1. Regarding the payment:
1.1. Payment must be done through the PayPal invoice service.
1.2. Invoices must be paid on the same day they are issued.2. Contemplating refunds:
2.1. Total refunds may be offered to commissioners that haven’t received any W.I.P of their commission yet.
2.2. Partial refunds up to 50% of the total value may be offered during the sketch phase of the commission process.
2.3. Refunds aren’t available past the sketch phase of the commission process.3. Concerning the commission process:
3.1. The commission process and its steps are to be known and respected.
3.2. What defines a minor or major change is up to me.4. About ownership of the commissioned artwork:
4.1. If the right of exclusive use fee wasn’t paid by the commissioner:
4.1.1. I (the artist), retain the full rights over the created artwork to use as I see fit.
4.1.2. The commissioner can only use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes.
4.2. If the right of exclusive use fee was paid by the commissioner:
4.2.1. An agreement between the two parties shall be created and respected.5. A fee for exclusive use commissions can be negotiated between the parties.6. About cancellations:
6.1. I (the artist), reserve the right to cancel or terminate any commission and refuse working for any person. The reasons for canceling include (without being limited to) poor communication, offensive and/or inappropriate behavior, lack of cooperation and the disrespect of these ToS.
6.2. The refunds regarding the cancellation follow the same rules written in the clause 2 “Contemplating refunds”.7. You must be 18 years old or older to commission me.
